Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or related clinical operations.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and apply data for decisions.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional reviews.
• Ability to collaborate with study teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present reports and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and benchmarks to support feasibility and trial optimization.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverables, and country validation requests.
• Author and update the Global Trials Optimization Report across trial lifecycles.
• Lead enrollment planning and ensure materials support recruitment and retention.
• Monitor enrollment performance and provide actionable insights.
