Job summary

KPS Life is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Partnerships & Trial Optimization (GPTO) to lead feasibility and optimization efforts for global clinical trials. The role requires coordinating with external stakeholders and internal teams to improve study delivery and protocol design.

The position is hybrid, based in Warren, NJ with on-site engagement three days per week at sponsor locations in Armonk, NY, Cambridge MA, or Warren, NJ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in clinical trial feasibility, study optimization, or related clinical development roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional feasibility processes and stakeholder partnerships.
• Ability to translate data into actionable study design insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead study-level feasibility to inform design and site placement.
• Partner with CRO teams to validate enrolment rates and timelines for budgeting.
• Support the Global Partnerships & Trial Optimization function through process improvements.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to define data sources and insights.
• Articulate data-driven stories to support protocol design decisions.
• Manage country landscape assessments for early feasibility.
