Job summary

Zambon is seeking a Global Treasury Senior Specialist to join its Treasury team in Switzerland. You will manage liquidity, financial risk, and banking relationships across a global network, delivering accurate cash forecasting and reporting.

In this role, you will drive continuous improvement in treasury systems, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure governance and compliance with global policies while supporting strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance within international organisations.
• Experience with TMS, SWIFT, Bloomberg and ERP platforms; SAP S/4HANA a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, cash pooling and international treasury best practices.
• Analytical mindset, collaborative approach and ability to build cross-cultural relationships.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth execution of Group treasury activities, liquidity and governance.
• Support cash management, cash pooling, intercompany funding and banking relationships.
• Monitor liquidity positions and cash forecasts for informed decisions.
• Partner with banks and institutions on cash management solutions.
• Contribute to FX, interest rate, counterparty and liquidity risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation and automation of treasury systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Legal and Internal Control teams for compliance.
• Prepare treasury reporting, KPIs, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.

• Support business operations and strategic initiatives through effective cash management, cash pooling, intercompany funding and banking relationships.
• Monitor liquidity positions and cash forecasts to support informed and timely financial decisions.
• Partner with international banks and financial institutions, contributing to negotiations and cash management solutions.
• Contribute to the management of foreign exchange, interest rate, counterparty and liquidity risks.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation and automation of treasury systems, tools and processes.
• Work closely with Accounting, Tax, Legal and Internal Control teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Prepare treasury reporting, KPIs, dashboards and presentations that provide meaningful insights to senior leadership.

What we are looking for

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.

• Solid experience with Treasury Management Systems, SWIFT, Bloomberg and ERP platforms; SAP S/4HANA experience would be a strong plus.
