Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end Kyriba implementation projects—scoping, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Provide client support during implementation, aligning with treasury requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Update stakeholders on status, timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Advise on treasury technology solutions, including process improvements.
• Identify new business opportunities locally and internationally.
• Participate in commercial activities like RFPs, events and networking.
• Manage treasury advisory projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Your role:

Zanders specializes in treasury & riskmanagement solutions,and with the growing number of projects and expansion plans, we are looking to hire someone who has the ambition not only to further grow in corporate treasury and technology solutions, but also to contribute to the development of our capabilities in the USAand wider, global team. We are looking for a candidate with a strong core treasury knowledge and proven experience in implementing and configuringKyriba.

In this position youwill be joining a team of dynamic, experienced Consultants, who operate collaboratively to share knowledge and work at the highest standards to deliver to our clients. You will be involved in project work, business development and other activities including personalized trainings, to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute in end-to-end Kyriba implementation projects - project scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Provide support to clientsduring the implementation, understanding their treasury management requirements, advising on best practices, and ensuring solutions provided align with their needs and objectives.
• Being part ofcross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and clients' resources, to ensure smooth and timely execution of project deliverables.
• Updating stakeholders on project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and proactive issue management.
• Advising clients surrounding their treasury technology solutions. This could include re-defining current technology practises, vendor selection and implementation of treasury technology solutions.
• Identifying new business/project opportunities both locally and internationally.
• Playing a part in commercial activities such as presentations, RFP’s, events and networking.
• Managing treasury advisory projects from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are submitted to clients at a high quality, on a timely basis and in line with the agreed engagement terms.

Skills to be successful

• Minimum 4-8 years of engagement in implementation of Kyriba Treasury Management System and other related tools such as SWIFT, trading portals and market data providers.
• Knowledge in Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, Bank Connectivity.
• Extremely client focused and experienced in resolving challenging problems and creating practical solutions.
• Strong team player with experience in project management and/or leading projects.
• Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelors or Masters.
• Background from a consulting environment is advantageous.
• Business fluent (or native) English is required.
• Willingness to travel to locations as needed for project engagement.
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
