Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Associate I for the Global Payment Solutions team in the Middle Market. Based in Dallas, you will support end-to-end treasury sales, coordinate research, and help prepare client proposals and pricing strategies.

You will maintain accurate sales data, assist with onboarding and CMP activities, and collaborate with product partners to grow revenue. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and up to 5% travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year treasury management/corporate banking experience or training program.
• Ability to Travel up to 5%.
• Strong business and financial acumen enabling problem solving and client meetings.
• Strong client relationships through communication and collaboration.
• Proactive time management and results-driven mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales process for Middle Market team.
• Coordinates industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning.
• Maintains accuracy of sales data across core systems and pricing.
• Produces analyses on profitability, revenue, product usage, and trends.
• Assists with onboarding, CMP activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepares materials for client meetings and proposals.
