Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Support professional in the Middle Market segment. The role focuses on end-to-end treasury sales, client research, and pricing strategies to grow revenue domestically and internationally. You will coordinate with product partners and AML/onboarding teams to ensure readiness and proper data management.

Travel up to 5% and a strong emphasis on client relationship building, communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or completion of a training program.
• Travel up to 5%.
• Strong business and financial acumen for problem solving and client meetings.
• Builds strong client relationships through communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supports end-to-end treasury sales process to grow revenue domestically and internationally.
• Coordinate research and pre-call planning for TSOs and product partners.
• Maintain accuracy of sales data across core systems and pricing.
• Produce profitability, revenue, and balance-trend analyses.
• Assist with client onboarding, CMP, and revenue tracking.
• Develop pricing strategies with non-standard pricing support.
• Prepare client meeting materials and pitchbooks.
