Job summary

Faropoint is seeking a Director of Treasury Operations in Hoboken, NJ to oversee global cash positioning, liquidity, and treasury controls. You will manage banking relationships and lead modernization of treasury tech, including Kyriba, while reporting to the Head of Finance Operations.

The role requires 5–10+ years in treasury or cash management, with strong analytical judgment and the ability to work across multiple entities and teams. This hybrid role offers a competitive base and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years in treasury or cash management; Real estate experience preferred.
• Experience with cash management, forecasting, and banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily global cash positioning, liquidity management, and cash forecasting across multiple entities.
• Design, implement, and optimize treasury systems, including Kyriba, integrated with ERP and payment workflows.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial banks: manage account structures, fees, and portal configurations, lead account openings and closings, negotiate service fees, and oversee bank fee billbacks across entities.
• Establish and maintain treasury policies, payment controls, and fraud prevention processes, and serve as an approver in the wire transfer workflow to ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Partner with Accounting, the Fund team, FP&A, and Operations on cash management, and build and develop the Treasury organization as it grows.
