Job summary

Pinnacle Executive Search Co. is partnering with a global medical device manufacturer to appoint a Head of Treasury.

The role leads the global treasury and cash management function, reporting to the CFO, and shaping liquidity strategy, debt management, and treasury controls across multiple countries. The successful candidate will build treasury infrastructure, drive forecast accuracy, manage banking relationships, and partner with tax and finance teams on intercompany flows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive treasury management experience in global manufacturing or similar complex environment.
• Deep expertise in cash management, liquidity forecasting, and capital structure.
• Experience managing international cash flows, multiple currencies, and FX/IR risk.
• Understanding of debt agreements, covenant compliance, and lender reporting.
• Proven ability to improve treasury processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cash and liquidity management across international entities.
• Own the 13-week cash flow forecasting process and funding planning.
• Manage debt, covenants, and lender reporting.
• Partner with CFO on capital structure and financing activities.
• Oversee banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Improve treasury controls, systems, and reporting.
• Support monthly cash flow reporting and consolidation.
