Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Director of Treasury, Credit & Collections to lead the worldwide treasury function, including cash and liquidity management, debt financing, FX risk, banking relationships, and treasury technology. The role emphasizes transforming treasury with Kyriba TMS while strengthening controls and improving cash visibility.

The Treasurer will drive global cash forecasting, ensure GAAP compliance, and lead credit & collections across North America and Latin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of treasury, credit & collections or related financial experience.
• Minimum of 12 years treasury experience, preferably in a global technology company.
• Minimum of 8 years People Management Experience.
• Kyriba TMS experience is a plus.
• Proven expertise in cash management, liquidity, FX, debt financing, investments, and banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global cash & intercompany management for 25+ entities.
• Lead treasury operations and technology modernization across the function.
• Establish treasury governance, policies, controls and compliance.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity optimization, and funding strategies.
• Oversee banking relationships and treasury service negotiations.
• Provide global treasury leadership in strategic transactions and integrations.
• Support audits, controls and regulatory reporting.
