Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks an Associate Director, Treasury Operations to lead global cash management, banking operations, FX and treasury controls. You will ensure liquidity, efficient cash usage, manage bank relationships, and enforce DOA and treasury policies across Westlake.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and business units to support funding, risk management and capital markets activities, with travel up to 15-25%. Westlake is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• MBA or professional designation (CTP, CFA, CPA) preferred.
• 8–10+ years in treasury, corporate finance, or banking in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positioning and funding per DOA.
• Own 13-week cash flow forecasting with FP&A and accounting.
• Optimize bank credit lines and debt service within authority.
• Monitor global cash and coordinate with Tax and Treasury leadership.
• Improve core treasury processes (cash management, payments, intercompany funding).
• Align treasury ops with capital structure and risk management strategies.
• Ensure accurate treasury recording in GL and sub-systems.
