The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and expertise in aluminum casting equipment and refractory. This position requires travel up to 50% and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 with full relocation assistance and bonus eligibility.
Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience utilizing mechanical engineering principles in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in equipment and processing in the area of Aluminum casting equipment and furnaces, including refractory.
Ability to travel to worldwide Arconic facilities.
Responsibilities
Optimize process equipment for improving quality and capacity.
Solve equipment and process problems for Arconic Casthouse Processes.
Develop and deploy Standard Practices for the casthouse processes.
