Nebius is seeking a Travel & Expenses Specialist to manage day-to-day T&E processes across regions. You will review expense claims and corporate card transactions, support air and hotel bookings, and help employees with travel issues while ensuring policy compliance and audit-ready records.

Collaborating with Finance, Payroll, HR and Travel providers, you’ll help improve controls, resolve inquiries and drive process improvements in a fast-growing AI company.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in corporate travel, T&E, travel operations or finance.
• Experience reviewing expense claims and applying policy and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of GL coding, reconciliations and accrual concepts.
• Experience with T&E systems such as Expensify, Navan, SAP Concur or TravelPerk.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems for travel booking and ticketing.

Mansioni

• Review expense claims for accuracy and policy compliance, following up on exceptions.
• Support corporate travel bookings using the company environment and GDS tools.
• Assist employees with travel queries, bookings, changes, and reimbursements.
• Monitor and reconcile corporate card transactions and ensure timely clearance.
• Maintain audit-ready T&E documentation and support reporting and improvements.
