CHAOS Industries is seeking a Travel Manager to own the travel function end to end, administering Navan, supporting travelers, and building a duty-of-care program for trips in high‑risk regions.

The role sits in Finance and reports to the Controller, collaborating with Security, IT, People, and program teams. You will manage vendor programs, travel spend reporting, and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, international affairs, or related field is required.
• Hands-on experience administering a corporate travel platform (Navan, Concur, Egencia) or similar.
• Experience building travel spend and compliance reporting for a non-finance audience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Navan rollout end-to-end and drive user adoption.
• Maintain vendor programs and negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, and ground transport.
• Lead the corporate travel policy creation, updates, and enforcement.
• Report on travel spend, policy compliance, and vendor performance; identify savings opportunities.
