Job summary

Agnello & Rogers seeks a Director of Compliance to lead its travel-regulatory program spanning U.S. federal, state, local, and international requirements.

The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborates with the Global President to align compliance with global strategy. Responsibilities include monitoring DOT, FTC, ADA, TSA requirements, state Seller of Travel compliance, and international regimes (GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, Mexican data protection).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD, advanced degree, or compliance certification strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive compliance experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, airline, or e-commerce

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with DOT, FTC, ADA, TSA Secure Flight, and payment-related requirements
• Track state Seller of Travel laws and state consumer protection/disclosure laws
• Monitor EU GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, and Mexican data protection frameworks
• Oversee compliance with IATA/ARC, PCI-DSS, and accessibility standards
• Develop and maintain a multi-jurisdiction compliance framework
• Train teams on US and international travel compliance requirements
• Provide regulatory reports and risk assessments to senior leaders
• Collaborate with outside counsel and regulatory consultants across countries
