Job summary
Aurora in New York is seeking a full-time Travel Manager to deliver exceptional, high-touch travel experiences for a global, ultra-high-performance membership. You’ll work directly with the founding travel team and Nova to shape and elevate Aurora’s member journeys.
You will build elite partnerships, coordinate immersive FAM trips, and own end-to-end travel and lifestyle operations while exploring meaningful equity ownership in a multi-billion-dollar opportunity.
Qualifications
- 2+ years servicing high-performance individuals in luxury or bespoke travel.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with elite partners.
- Comfort with high-velocity, ownership-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch travel execution for a global membership base.
- Own travel, lifestyle, product, and operations functions end-to-end.
- Develop and manage partnerships with top-tier travel operators and insiders.
- Participate in high-budget FAM trips to deepen knowledge and network.
- Support member servicing across luxury experiences and wellness initiatives.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering to evolve Nova AI systems.
