Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking a Travel Consultant to sell international and domestic travel packages, including cruises, land itineraries, air, car and hotel arrangements. You will share knowledge from experience and education to craft memorable trips for members.

We offer extensive training and a clear career path. Starting pay is $23.50/hour with top performers earning $67,300–$82,300 annually; incentives are uncapped, with a range of benefits and travel-related discounts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service background.
• Ability to learn and adapt in travel industry and use multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, air, car and hotel arrangements.
• Develop long-standing relationships with AAA members and generate referrals.
• Cross-sell products such as AAA Member Rewards Credit Card and identity theft referrals.
• Provide tailored recommendations to enhance the trip experience and meet member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of travel products and industry trends to upsell effectively.
