Job summary

Brooks Running in Seattle is seeking a Transportation Network Lead to design, optimize, and scale a global transportation network. You will serve as the SME for strategy, systems, and processes across ocean, air, rail, and trucking, translating business strategy into scalable operating models and partner strategies.

You will build relationships with external carriers, lead negotiations, govern data quality, and drive ROI-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in transportation, supply chain, or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement skills preferred.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with measurable impact.
• Experience managing international ocean and air freight as a BCO/Shipper.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the end-to-end transportation roadmap.
• Analyze network opportunities, scenario modeling, and carrier sourcing.
• Lead projects and monitor performance across modes.
• Present insights to senior leadership with clear messaging.
• Design scalable processes, governance, and operating models.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
