Johns Manville in Denver, CO seeks a Director of Global Transportation & Logistics to develop and execute our worldwide transportation, logistics, and outbound distribution strategy across all modes. The candidate will lead freight procurement, carrier management, network optimization, and digital enablement, leveraging analytics and AI to enhance visibility, cost efficiency, and service.

This role reports to senior leadership, partners across functions, and offers a base salary in the 195k–220k

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a global transportation and logistics strategy across truckload, LTL, rail, intermodal, ocean, air, and parcel networks.
• Lead outbound load planning, routing, scheduling, and carrier activities to optimize service and efficiency.
• Negotiate transportation contracts, service agreements, and rate structures; establish carrier partnerships and performance management.
• Lead transportation network optimization, implement TMS and visibility platforms, and drive AI-enabled planning and predictive analytics.
