Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of transportation, logistics and customs experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis for freight spend and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound, intercompany, and international transportation activities.
• Develop strategies to optimize service, cost, capacity, and reliability.
• Oversee freight procurement, carrier selection, and rate management.
• Ensure import/export compliance and manage customs processes.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
