Volvo Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, high-value programs with global teams. You will ensure cost, quality and schedule targets are met while guiding a matrix organization across engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing and logistics.

The role demands strategic governance participation, risk management, and clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The base pay ranges from $143,600 to $177,300 annually, with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering is preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• PMP or CPM certification is desired.
• DAU standard certifications are preferred for defense programs.
• Experience in defense programs and acquisition processes is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for the program for external customers and internal support areas.
• Achieve program cost, quality and schedule delivery objectives.
• Coordinate and manage all program activities via matrix organization.
• Represent the program at governance forums to secure decisions.
• Ensure quality of program products and deliverables, including reviews and audits.
• Develop, review and approve plans, schedules and consulting agreements.
• Prepare reports and technical reviews for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, government policies and ITAR/EAR regulations.
