Responsibilities

• Negotiate Data Protection/processing agreements for buy- and sell-side engagements.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements, focusing on technology and financial services vendors/services.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and partner with businesses to deliver compliant solutions.
• Work on-site for client for 2 weeks per month across specified locations.
