Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager for Corporate Transaction Tax & Advisory, EM E (CTTA). The role focuses on advising multinational groups on non-US tax aspects of global separations, divestitures, and cross-border restructurings.

You will work with regional teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM to deliver tax-efficient transaction solutions. The position requires a law degree with tax specialization and at least 5 years of international tax experience, preferably in Europe, with strong

• Law degree with tax specialization required; LL.M. preferred.
• Experience advising multinational organizations on cross-border transactions and restructurings.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise U.S.-headquartered multinational groups on non-US tax aspects of global separations and cross-border restructuring.
• Analyze and develop tax-efficient structures across multiple EMEA jurisdictions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Assess application of tax regimes and withholding tax considerations across EMEA.
• Review holding company, IP, and cross-border financing structures across key EMEA markets.
• Evaluate OECD Pillar Two rules and other international tax developments on restructurings.
• Coordinate with US and international teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Assist clients with implementation of transaction and restructuring plans with local advisors.
