Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a Manager, Training & Enablement to own the training philosophy, framework, and outcomes for Patient Services. You will standardize curricula for OpenLoop and offshore partners, build scalable trainer programs, and ensure retention through measurement and reinforcement.

You will collaborate across Clinical Operations and Customer Success to align content with real-world workflows. You will lead a team, coordinate with Workforce Management, and design training for diverse

Qualifications

• 4+ years in training, enablement, or L&D.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated adult-learning and instructional-design expertise.
• Experience training international learner populations and designing for different learning styles and cultural contexts.
• Proven curriculum design and delivery for front-line/agent populations, including train-the-trainer models.
• Ability to tie training to measurable outcomes and build verification mechanisms.
• Experience launching new client programs and go-live readiness processes.
• Experience linking quality assurance data to training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient Services training framework end-to-end for OpenLoop and BPO populations.
• Design and own train-the-trainer model across international partners with standardized materials.
• Build the reinforcement layer to verify training impact and retention.
• Design training that accommodates different learning styles and cultures.
• Manage training logistics and ramp curricula for new client launches.
• Create surge-response playbooks for rapid onboarding.
• Lead and develop the training team in collaboration with the Training Specialist.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management to align ramp demand with training capacity.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to ensure content accuracy and scope.
• Report on training outcomes and drive improvements from data insights.
• Safeguard HIPAA/PHI compliance in all training materials.
