Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Trade Finance Manager in Charlotte for a hybrid role. You will oversee trade finance operations across NA, LATAM, and Corporate segments, implementing strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will report to the Senior Director Treasury Americas and lead cross-functional teams to optimize credit exposure and financial risk. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in trade finance or treasury, strong knowledge of instruments, risk management, and data-driven

Qualifications

• 6+ years in trade finance or treasury operations with progression
• Strong understanding of trade finance instruments, risk management and compliance
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective trade finance strategies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in trade finance systems and financial analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Manage trade finance operations including guarantees and letters of credit
• Develop and implement policies to optimize processes and minimize risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify exposures and mitigate risk
• Partner with commercial teams to structure deals with trade finance instruments
• Maintain records of all instruments and cancel obsolete ones
