You will sponsor trade modernization, manage multi-year capital investments, and align with Tax, Treasury, Sourcing, and Legal to optimize landed costs and risk management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive leadership in global trade, compliance, or related finance roles.
• Proven track record managing nine-figure duty portfolios and centralized shared services.

Responsibilities

• Govern the Shared Service Operating Model with KPIs and governance.
• Own the Global Trade Spend and multi-year capital investments.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Corporate Tax, Sourcing, Treasury, Finance, Product and segments.
• Sponsor Trade Automation Modernization and AI-enabled controls across the trade tech landscape.
• Advise on trade policy with Legal and GPA teams and translate trends into guardrails.
• Authorize high-risk government inquiries or regulatory remediations.
• Lead trade education initiatives with Disney Integrity team.
