Responsibilities

• Govern the Shared Service Operating Model with standardized KPIs and governance.
• Direct multi-year capital investments and duty optimization programs; manage budget sign-off.
• Coordinate with Corporate Tax, Sourcing, Treasury, Finance, and product teams on trade strategy.
