Qualifications

• Proven track record managing nine‑figure duty portfolios and centralized shared services.
• Deep knowledge of customs valuation, export controls, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Govern the Shared Service Operating Model with KPIs, bi-weekly reviews, and cost metrics.
• Own the Global Trade Spend and multi-year capital investments portfolio.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Tax, Sourcing, Treasury, Finance, and product teams.
• Sponsor trade automation modernization and AI-enabled controls across systems.
• Advise on trade policy with Legal and Government Public Affairs to inform guardrails.
• Authorize high‑risk submissions and regulatory remediations handling.
• Lead trade education initiatives with the Integrity and Compliance teams.
