Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Trade Sanctions Analyst to support its sanctions compliance program. You will partner with the Global Trade Sanctions team and work at Honeywell’s Washington, DC or Charlotte, NC sites to analyze transactions and relationships for sanctions risk.

You will help implement policies, perform due diligence, and provide reporting under US, EU, UK, and other sanctions regimes. A background in compliance, risk assessment, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with U.S. sanctions laws and regulations.
• At least 1 year of government/regulated industry experience with U.S. sanctions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing Honeywell’s sanctions compliance program with the team.
• Adhere to sanctions policies and identify gaps in compliance processes.
• Review, enhance, and build controls to support sanctions screening and reporting.
• Perform screening and due diligence of customers and transactions for sanctions risks.
• Analyze escalations and perform required sanctions reporting.
• Process sanctions reviews and communicate across management to resolve issues.
• Manage a portfolio of sanctions compliance projects.
