Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Trade Sanctions Analyst to support its sanctions compliance program. Reporting to the Global Trade Sanctions General Counsel and collaborating with the Sanctions Compliance team, you will analyze transactions, relationships, and portfolios to ensure adherence to U.S., EU, U.K., and other sanctions laws.

Roles are based at Honeywell’s Washington, DC or Charlotte, NC sites, where you will work with sanctions, export, and anti-money laundering professionals to implement risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with U.S. sanctions laws and regulations
• At least 1 year of government and/or regulated industry experience working on U.S. sanctions laws and regulations
• Proficiency with sanctions screening tools and compliance software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing and implementing Honeywell’s sanctions compliance program with the Sanctions Compliance Team
• Adhere to and implement sanctions policies and procedures and address gaps in compliance processes
• Review, enhance, and build controls to support sanctions screening and reporting with IT and other functions
• Perform screening and due diligence of customers and transactions to identify sanctions risks
• Analyze escalations and perform required sanctions reporting on relationships and transactions
• Manage sanctions reviews through internal tools and coordinate across business lines to resolve issues
• Manage a portfolio of sanctions compliance projects

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in any field
