Job summary

KLA is seeking a highly organized Project Manager and Data Analyst to join our Global Trade Compliance team in Michigan. You will manage cross‑functional projects from initiation to completion, develop plans, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, and use data to support decisions.

Ideal candidates bring strong PM discipline, clear communication, and hands‑on experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and advanced Excel to keep initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Data Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of project management experience delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to organize complex work, define scope, manage timelines and dependencies.
• Proficient with Jira/Asana/MS Project or similar PM tools.
• Advanced SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel skills.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Serve as central point of contact for projects, facilitate meetings, document decisions, escalate risks, and provide status updates.
• Track project risks, issues, resources, and constraints to support timely decision‑making and delivery.
• Create, maintain, and update project dashboards and reporting tools that visualize status, milestones, risks and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and standardize PMO practices.
• Ensure accurate collection, validation, and reporting of project data for trend analysis and management reporting.
