Job summary

KLA is seeking a highly organized Project Manager and Data Analyst to join the Global Trade Compliance team in Ann Arbor. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop plans, track milestones, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery.

You will leverage SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and advanced Excel to analyze data and support executive decision-making while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

2-5 years of project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams and using data/tools to track performance.
Strong project management discipline and clear communication; ability to use data to drive decisions.
Experience with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, ClickUp or Smartsheet for project reporting.
Advanced SQL skills for querying datasets.
Hands-on Tableau or Power BI experience.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
Certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans with milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and provide status updates.
Track risks, issues, resources, and constraints for timely decisions.
Create and maintain project dashboards and KPIs for reporting.
Identify process improvements to standardize PMO practices.
Ensure accurate collection and reporting of project data for trend analysis.
