Aptar Italia S.P.A. in the United States seeks an Import/Export Specialist to lead day-to-day domestic and international shipments from the Mukwonago, WI site or Lincolnton, NC.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 onsite days per week to coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams. You will prepare and review import/export documents, provide clearance instructions, and track shipments to prevent delays while ensuring compliance with customs rules and duties.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on import/export experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with customs documentation and broker relationships.
• Strong data, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and execute inbound/outbound shipments with brokers and carriers.
• Prepare import/export docs: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, origin certificates.
• Provide clearance instructions to brokers and forwarders with Incoterms.
• Track shipments and resolve holds/delays to protect delivery.
• Validate duties, taxes, and charges against records.
