Univar Solutions is seeking a Director of International Trade Services based in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead import/export operations across North and South America, shaping strategy and managing a 30–45 person team, ensuring compliance and driving growth.

You will develop annual budgets, CAPEX plans and continuous improvements while partnering with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to optimize operations and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's a plus.
• 5+ years in global/international trade operations, including NA import/export responsibilities.
• 5+ years leading operational personnel and overseeing hiring, development, performance management.

Responsabilités

• Lead import/export operations across North and South America with accountability for performance and growth.
• Provide strategic direction for personnel, operations and capex budget plans.
• Develop annual strategic, operating and CAPEX budgets for the function.
• Drive process improvements and partnerships to expand service capabilities.
