Job summary

Hensley Industries in the United States is looking for a Trade Compliance & Inventory Control Manager to oversee operations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. This role involves managing regional distribution centers and collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize inventory performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of International Trade compliance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Excel.
• SAP or equivalent ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional distribution centers (RDCs) operations and trade compliance policies.
• Ensure adherence to customs, import/export control, & sanctions regulations.
• Drive performance improvements across RDCs including maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with ICT and SAP consultants for efficient system performance.
• Manage trade compliance programs and conduct internal audits.
