Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Trade Compliance to lead a high-performing team and align trade programs with global growth objectives. You will drive regulatory compliance across import/export, customs, sanctions, and related areas, partnering with Supply Chain, Legal, IT, and Finance to enable scalable processes.

You will establish governance, metrics, and documentation standards while translating complex regulations into actionable plans that balance risk and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in trade compliance/regulatory roles.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. customs, import/export, sanctions.
• Experience using metrics and analytics to drive performance.

• Lead and develop a cross-functional trade compliance team.
• Translate strategy into actionable trade compliance initiatives.
• Oversee import/export, tariff strategy, origin, valuation, and FTAs.
• Monitor regulatory changes and partner with leaders on sourcing and expansions.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting; ensure data integrity.
