Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Trade Compliance to lead a team responsible for enabling global growth while ensuring import/export compliance worldwide. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, drive data-driven decisions, and partner across Supply Chain, Legal, IT, and Finance to optimize trade processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 10+ years in trade compliance, customs, global trade, logistics, or regulatory functions.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing professional teams.
• Proven ability to drive change, manage ambiguity, and deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of US and global import/export regulations and trade compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing trade compliance team; establish priorities, expectations, and accountability.
• Translate strategy into executable trade compliance initiatives and measurable results.
• Oversee import/export compliance, tariff strategy, country of origin, and free trade agreements; monitor regulatory changes.
