Job summary

Safariland, LLC is seeking an International Trade Compliance Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL to review export orders, manage license applications, and ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations.

This role supports continuous improvement of export processes and requires coordination with internal teams on travel and visitor approvals. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or higher, exposure to export compliance, and 1–3 years in manufacturing, with experience in MS Dynamics 365 and AX

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field a plus.
• Experience with export compliance exposure is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry a plus.
• Experience in Microsoft D365 and Microsoft AX ERP platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve export orders
• Review and approve non-US Person visitor requests
• Review and approve travel requests
• Review and approve international travel requests
• Maintain export records according to company policy
• Apply for and monitor license applications
• Decrement and export licenses
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping
• Compile reports from various ERP systems
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Participation and support internal audits
• Perform denied party screening
