Qualifications

• 7–10 years in international operations, import/export, or customs brokerage.
• 3–5+ years in trade compliance classification required.
• Knowledge of EAR, OFAC and U.S. import requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote trade compliance guidance and support to internal teams.
• Act as SME for U.S. trade compliance including import/export regulations.
• Classify HTS/HTSUS, Schedule B, ECCN, and country of origin.
• Review product descriptions and specs to assign accurate classifications.
• Interpret rulings and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Support duty and tax calculations and manage brokers.
