Livingston is seeking a technically strong and client-focused Manager, Trade Compliance to oversee a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for a Brokerage or trade compliance professional who excels at building client relationships, managing compliance programs, and coordinating global service delivery teams.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while guiding cross-functional teams responsible for execution.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and implement improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organization.
• 5 years of related experience in trade compliance or brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive environment where team engagement is central to driving results.
• Implement the strategy with senior management and respective managers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are understood, prioritized, and executed as expected.
• Evaluate current processes for issues and identify efficiencies including automation and process flow.
• Promptly manage all queries and concerns, ensuring issues are registered and followed up on; manage corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
