Livingston International is seeking a technically strong and client-focused Manager, Trade Compliance to oversee a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for Brokerage or trade compliance professional who excels at building client relationships, managing compliance programs, and coordinating global service delivery teams.

The ideal candidate has strong client service experience along with classification, broker management, import operations and Free Trade.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Certifications related to customs compliance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and foster engagement to drive results.
• Implement strategy with senior management and managers.
• Coordinate with colleagues to prioritize and deliver customer needs.
• Evaluate processes to identify issues and improve efficiency, including automation.
• Manage queries; log, track, and resolve issues; drive CAPAs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
