Job summary

Livingston is seeking a technically strong and client-focused Manager, Trade Compliance to oversee a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for Brokerage or trade compliance professional who excels at building client relationships, managing compliance programs, and coordinating global service delivery teams.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while guiding and supporting cross-functional teams responsible for execution.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to drive change.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• 5 years of related experience in trade compliance or brokerage.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the strategy along with senior management and respective managers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are understood, properly prioritized, and being executed as expected.
• Evaluate current processes for issues and identify efficiencies including automation, process flow; work with appropriate resources to resolve.
• Promptly and effectively manage all queries and concerns, ensuring issues are registered and followed up on; manage corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
