Job summary

CSafe is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist at its World Headquarters in Monroe, Ohio. You will own customs, import/export, and trade compliance for CSafe products moving across borders, coordinating with brokers and regulators to keep shipments compliant and moving efficiently.

Responsibilities include policy implementation, training, classification reviews, and collaboration with Freight Forwarders and internal teams. A strong background in HTS, CBP procedures, and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Licensed Customs Broker.
• Strong grasp of international shipping and import/export compliance.
• Familiarity with HTS, Schedule B, and GRIs.
• Experience with CBP and ACE/CROSS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage imports/exports and overall trade compliance for CSafe products.
• Handle classification, valuation, and documentation; support audits.
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training to teams.
• Collaborate with Freight Forwarders, Brokers, and regulators.
• Monitor tariff changes and regulatory developments and adapt processes.
