Qualifications

Proven leadership at VP/Director levels of global compliance teams.
BS in Law, International Trade, Business, or related field.
15+ years of global trade compliance, customs or export controls.
Trade certifications (LCB, CCS, CUSECI, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Establish and govern Intuitive's global trade compliance framework.
Lead training programs for manufacturing, service, commercial teams, distributors, and logistics providers.
Interface with customs, health authorities, regulators; manage brokers and advisors.
Oversee systems integrated with ERP, WMS, TMS; ensure HS codes and ECCNs accuracy.
Drive automation to reduce clearance delays and improve audit readiness.
