Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent); advanced certifications in trade compliance are a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in trade compliance; 10+ years preferred for director level.
• Strong expertise in EAR, BIS, end-use and end-user screening, and transshipment risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance a global trade compliance program.
• Establish policies and controls for U.S., UK/EU, and international trade regulations.
• Lead export controls initiatives including licensing determinations and documentation.
• Oversee classification management (HS, HTS, ECCN) for all part numbers.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives on risks, mitigation, and business impact.
• Manage internal audits, investigations, and regulatory change implementation.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to optimize duty savings and pricing.
• Lead training programs and promote a culture of compliance across units.
