Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5+ years in trade compliance; 10+ years preferred for director level.
• Advanced certifications in trade compliance are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of EAR, OFAC, BIS, ITAR, and import/export controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global trade compliance program.
• Ensure adherence to U.S., UK/EU, and other international regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on risk and mitigation.
• Oversee classification management (HS, HTS, ECCNs) and origin determinations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to optimize duty and tax exposure.
