Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience required.
• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and daily client contact for release and entry summary tasks.
• Maintain client tariff databases and ensure accurate data for pricing.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and rating compliance.
• Create and follow client SOPs and ESPs.
• Assist in reporting performance metrics for the Client Service Team.
