Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Release Customs Analyst to process and release client shipments, ensuring timely compliance with procedures and service standards. You will handle rating, billing, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience is not required, but a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and adherence to policy is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• CCS certification ongoing/completion advantageous in North America.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments accurately across all modes.
• Create customs entries with correct client and HS codes.
• Enter shipment data for release, rating, and billing.
• Ensure duty value accuracy per invoice terms and sale terms.
• Coordinate with Release Import Analyst for missing documentation.
• Verify release conditions, compliance and certificates.
• Follow SOPs, ESPs and business rules; suggest improvements.
• Support day-to-day Release Operations with teammates.
