Job summary

Textron is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to join the onsite team in Fort Worth, TX. You will drive the company’s export/import regulatory compliance for Bell products, collaborate across engineering, supply chain, sales, IT and legal, and support automation and risk assessments.

You will examine data to classify exports, apply EAR/ITAR rules, review materials for exportability, and assist with authorization applications under supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a business, regulatory, and/or technical field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize complex tasks.
• Experience delivering training and effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with government contracting scenarios (FMS, DCS) preferred.
• Familiarity with EAR and ITAR regulations preferred.
• Ability to implement advanced export/import control concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine engineering drawings and data to determine export and customs classification.
• Interpret and apply regulations to Bell products.
• Contribute to system and facility access decisions.
• Review and approve materials for exportability.
• Approve international shipments, travel, and foreign visitors.
• Present global trade training materials.
• Participate in peer reviews and audits.
• Draft and manage export/import authorization applications under supervision.
