Sidley Austin LLP seeks an International Trade Analyst to support the Global Arbitration, Trade and Advocacy group. You will advise clients on international trade compliance, antidumping and countervailing duty matters, and related trade issues, assisting Sidley attorneys.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of AD/CVD experience, with strong research, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong research skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office, notably Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct AD/CVD proceedings and prepare responses.
• Prepare AD/CVD feasibility studies and petitions.
• Set up AD/CVD monitoring systems to improve compliance.
• Prepare and analyze databases and exhibits for AD/CVD proceedings.
• Conduct research related to AD/CVD proceedings.
• Track trade remedy developments (e.g., Section 232, Section 301).
• Assist with document preparation, editing, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate daily records of time and expenses.
• Provide training sessions for clients on trade compliance.
