The Global Trade Compliance Agent Lead is responsible for developing and executing policies aligned with international trade agreements, U.S. and foreign customs regulations, and trade legislation. As the subject matter expert, this role ensures streamlined trade operations by establishing standardized procedures, minimizing regulatory risks, and managing end-to-end trade compliance programs.
This position provides strategic guidance on import/export compliance across all company locations, collaborates with customs brokers and freight forwarders, and serves as in-house counsel on regulatory matters. The Lead drives trade initiatives, fosters relationships with internal teams and government agencies, and optimizes compliance strategies that support global business operations.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000- $115,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
